The Arrowhead Ranch Makeover

🏡 If you owned a construction company, what would you do to your own home?

That’s exactly what Andrew — our owner — had the chance to figure out when he bought this place in Arrowhead Ranch, Glendale AZ. Like a lot of homes in the area, it had good bones but needed a little love to make it feel like his.

Here’s what got done:

• New flooring throughout

• Fully updated kitchen

• Backyard upgrades including pool pavers and an outdoor kitchen

• All bathrooms refreshed

• New windows

• Interior and exterior paint

And yes — there were even more updates that didn’t make it into photos (contractor problems 😅).

This wasn’t about making the house fancy — it was about making it feel right. Comfortable, functional, and built to last.
