Kitchen Remodel & Addition in Scottsdale, AZ
This one started as a back porch that wasn’t doing much for the house.
We brought that space inside and rebuilt the layout around it. The goal wasn’t just to update finishes, it was to make the kitchen actually function. That meant creating enough room for a real island, improving the flow through the space, and opening it up to the backyard with a sliding door.
Instead of trying to force everything into the old footprint, we expanded it and made room for what the house actually needed, including a full laundry area that fits naturally into the layout.
Same house, just a completely different way to use it.

Design & Planning
Design coordination, layout reconfiguration, and planning to convert the existing back porch into interior living space and integrate it with the kitchen.
Structure & Build
Demolition of the existing porch structure, new foundation work as needed, framing, roofing tie-ins, and exterior modifications to fully enclose and expand the footprint of the home.
Kitchen Buildout
Complete kitchen remodel including new cabinetry, countertops, island construction, backsplash, and finish carpentry to create a functional and cohesive layout.
Doors & Openings
Installation of a large sliding glass door to connect the kitchen to the backyard and improve natural light and access.
Mechanical, Plumbing & Electrical
Rough-in and trim-out work to support the new kitchen layout, island, lighting upgrades, and relocated or expanded utilities.
Laundry Area
Construction of a dedicated laundry space integrated into the new layout, including hookups, ventilation, and finish work.
Interior Finishes
Flooring, painting, trim, lighting fixtures, and final details to complete the space and tie the new addition into the existing home.
