Responsibilities

  • Plan review: Approve project plans, specs, and change orders with attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software, especially Buildertrend.
  • OSHA certification (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to respond to a high work order volume performing a variety of maintenance repairs ranging from minor handyman-type repairs to medium residential renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be well versed in Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall repair, Painting, Finish Carpentry, to name a few. Ensuring work orders are completed in a timely manner, adhering to preapproved budget limits, and collaborating with their Maintenance Response Coordinator to provide the highest quality of service.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a mode of transportation to job sites.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the maintenance/renovation/construction industry.
  • Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform other strenuous physical tasks, such as indoor and outdoor physical labor.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.

PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Owning a basic set of tools (drill, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.). Larger tools are available at our shop.
  • Extensive knowledge in a specific trade such as plumbing, electrical, framing, etc.
