What You’ll Do:
- Be the Face: Hit the road for in-home visits, gathering project details, taking measurements, and sketching out rough scale drawings.
- Seal the Deal: Prepare, review, and present killer estimates to clients, giving them the vision they need.
- Own It: Participate in reviews and presentations like a boss.
- Crunch the Numbers: Analyze subcontractor and material quotes to nail down project requirements.
- Talk the Talk: Keep customers in the loop about pricing, options, and change orders.
- Follow Up: Write estimates and keep the conversation going with customers from start to finish.
- Stay on Top: Juggle up to 50 active opportunities at a time, responding to phone calls, texts, and emails like a pro.
- Close Like a Boss: Use your proven sales mojo to close deals independently without needing hand-holding.
Who You Are:
- Sales Maven: Minimum of 2 years crushing it in construction sales.
- Organized & On Point: You’ve got killer organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tech for estimating and contract production.
- Licensed & Legit: Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the USA.
- Sales Superstar: Proven track record of managing and closing multiple deals with ease.
- Integrity & Excellence: High personal standards and a commitment to being your best. Works well on a team.
- Positive Vibes Only: You bring energy and a genuine desire to help clients and make a difference.

- Certified Pro: Certified Professional Estimator or Associate Estimator Professional.
- Tech Whiz: Familiar with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive).
- Architect Whisperer: Experience interpreting architectural drawings and crunching estimates.
A Day in the Life:
- Morning Hustle: Start at the office, check your schedule, and prep for field visits.
- On the Move: Head out for pre-scheduled consultations with potential clients.
- Afternoon Grind: Back at the office, create and send out estimates, answer customer queries, and follow up on previous estimates.

- Cha-Ching: Start with a base salary of $70,000-$90,000 depending on your wow factor, plus commission after a 90-day probationary period.
