What This Cost Included
This project cost included the full scope of design coordination, engineering, and permitting required for an attached casita addition in Glendale, Arizona.
Construction costs covered all major phases of the build, including concrete foundation work, rough carpentry, roof framing, roofing, exterior stucco, insulation, drywall, and finish carpentry to create a complete and livable guest space.
Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were installed through both rough-in and trim-out phases to support a fully functional bedroom and bathroom suite, along with utility connections tied into the existing home.
Additional components included windows, doors, and glazing, as well as site-related costs such as tree removal, equipment rentals, and waste management required to support construction.
Project management, general conditions, overhead, and contractor profit were included to coordinate the work, manage scheduling, and deliver the project from start to finish.
