Historic Home Remodel in Phoenix: Preserving Character While Expanding Living Space
Some homes don’t just need updating, they need careful expansion that respects everything that made them special in the first place. This historic home in Phoenix was exactly that kind of project.
At the heart of the remodel was a major architectural challenge: how to extend the home without losing its original roofline and historic character.

Full Home Renovation Beyond the Addition
Along with the roofline expansion, we completed a full interior remodel throughout the rest of the home. This included a redesigned kitchen, updated bathroom, refreshed bedrooms, and a reworked layout to improve flow and functionality.
We also upgraded appliances and modernized key systems and finishes throughout the home, bringing everything up to today’s standards while still respecting the home’s original character.
The result is a fully transformed historic home that feels open, functional, and cohesive from front to back.
