We’re excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at one of our most transformative home renovation projects in Arrowhead Lakes, Glendale, AZ. This extensive remodel, managed by P. J. Hussey Construction, turned an outdated space into a stunning forever home, featuring high-end finishes, a spacious open floor plan, and thoughtfully designed elements tailored to the homeowners’ vision.

As highlighted in Stroll Magazine’s Home of the Month, Ginger and Joe Clayton embarked on a comprehensive renovation journey that took their home down to the studs. Despite challenges such as supply chain delays during COVID-19 and living without a kitchen or shower in the early stages, they praised our team for our exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and unwavering commitment to quality. The Claytons wanted a modern yet rustic aesthetic, inspired by Ginger’s Vermont roots, complete with wood beam ceilings and glam accents like rhinestone cabinet handles. Their living room now features a 120-inch projection TV and hidden skeleton surprises encased in quartz units, adding a playful touch to their elegant space. The home also boasts a fully automated smart home system, managing over 20 different features, from lighting to security.
