New Guest House Build

Sometimes you don’t need more house, you just need more space to live.

This Phoenix, AZ project added a 550 square foot detached structure designed for work, downtime, and everything in between. With a game room, office, bathroom, and laundry, the space gives the homeowners flexibility without disrupting the main home. It’s a clean, functional addition that expands how the property can be used every day.

This project cost included the full scope of design coordination, engineering, and permitting required for an attached casita addition in Glendale, Arizona.

Construction costs covered all major phases of the build, including demolition, foundation work, framing, roofing, exterior stucco, insulation, drywall, and finish carpentry to create a complete and livable space.

Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were installed in both rough-in and trim-out phases to support a fully functional private bedroom and bathroom guest suite.

Interior finishes included flooring, countertops, cabinetry, doors, painting, and final trim details to complete the space.

Project management, general conditions, overhead, and contractor profit were included to coordinate the work, manage scheduling, and deliver the project from start to finish.
